  • Late policy

    At LUXE 22 Salon, we do our very best to accommodate everyone. Of course, life happens. Whether it is traffic, weather, accidents ect. We get it! Please give your stylist a call so they are aware! However, after 15 mins your appointment will be cancelled and rescheduled. Please keep in mind that this is not a punishment; it is only to prevent overlap with other clients.

  • Cancellation policy

    A $100 deposit will need to be held to secure your booked appointment. This deposit will go toward the cost of your service. If you cancel/reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment, your deposit will be transferred to the rescheduled date or refunded if canceled. If you cancel/reschedule after 48 hours of the appointment, your deposit will be non-refundable.

  • Extra Guests

    Please make sure to leave any extra guests, and children at home. Please keep in mind that if you do show up with an extra guest and/or kid, we will kindly reschedule your appointment.

FAQs

  • is your salon appointment only?

    Yes. All of our stylists are self-employed renters who make their own schedule, but we gladly take walk-in clients and set them up with our next available stylist.

  • How can i set up an appointment?

    Our website, under “BOOK HERE”! Fill out our new client form and we will contact you within the week with an appointment day + time!

  • What are your prices?

    We have a section on our website, that gives all of our starting prices.

  • are deposits required to book?

    Yes. No appointment will be made until deposit is received.
